The thermal stability achieved prevents the material from burning through, warping, or distorting, which is an important setting for welding with particularly thin materials. Secondly, the double pulse function is also evident in aluminum welding since aluminum has a lower heat threshold and it melts faster than most other metals, but it still requires considerable heat to form weld puddles. For aluminum, the device offers you preset programs as well as the necessary accessories, because in the set you will find a Teflon core and an ALU wire feed roller with U-nut. Synergic MIG MAG welding Always ensure the best welding result by using the Synergic function and therefore to create a strong and homogeneous weld seam! In modern welding processes, the arc quality has been continuously improved and optimized. In order for this quality to be achieved, many parameters must be coordinated particularly well, which is extremely difficult to achieve with a manual setting. Thanks to the synergic function, these parameters are pre-programmed depending on the wire diameter and gas combination, which makes welding easier and ensures an optimal weld seam. One of the roles of the wire feed is also motor-driven, which guarantees you a smooth and controlled wire feed. The device also has a wire drive button, with which you can push the welding wire up to the torch at lightning speed when changing the welding wire. FLUX cored welding Flux-cored welding is a process that combines good handling, flexibility and cost-effective equipment. Flux cored wire allows you to produce fine and consistent welds in a short time and has the advantage that no additional protection gas is needed. To convert to flux cored welding, you only need to change the polarity, which can be easily reversed; simply swap the polarity of the gun and the ground cable to the negative pole. IPOTOOLS quality!
